4.2 harmonic balancer change
I see several posts about what needs done as far as tools but what I dont see is the parts list. I need to know if I have to change a timing cover seal and a crank seal? Or just a crank seal? I've never done one that had all this extra junk on it. The ones I've changed have been a simple pulley with a key way. It's like ford wanted you to do timing chains and the water pump when you did the crank pulley. Just crazy!

Just the timing cover seal since you are already there. I would suggest clraning all oil from the crank snout and key way and add sealant on the key way slot on the new harmonic balancer.
