that Amazon link is kinda Messed up Calling it a 3 Port Valve ... you need to make sure it is a 6 Port valve ...
I just use the Cheap OEM style from FleaBay as you don't have to change the connector and the OEM quick connect lines fit so you don't have to cut your old OEM lines and add hose with clamps.
Pollak Valves are good I use em on Marine applications where we don't have Ford Fuel Lines and Ford wiring connectors.
Like Lonewolf said, you do have to splice a new connector into your harness if you use this FSV.
Thank you guys again for the info and links. Very helpful. I clicked on the last link from olds64 then looked under ford to find only f250 and f350. My ambulance is an E350 which I imagine it would use the same valve. The only issue is it says that part only fits 2000-newer vehicles. Mines a 1991.
Sonny, the FSV I linked in post # 18 is a non-OE replacement. You also have to get the Airtex 1P1132 connector to splice into your harness so the FSV works on your van. I'm not sure what FSV Lonewolf uses, that might be a better option if you don't want to do any splicing. I checked and I couldn't find an FSV on the LMC Truck or Dennnis Carpenter website. If you want an OE FSV you might have to check Ebay for a NOS part or ask one of our members (Number Dummy) for the original part number.

as explained, you need to change the wire harness connector and cut the back your OEM Plastic fuel lines and use rubber fuel line and clamps to connect it. it is not Plug and Play.
IF you want Plug and Play then search 6C3Z9189A .....
Verify that the electrical connector on your Van Matches those Spade type pins.
I used one of these, The market is swamped with these after market one`s probably being massed
produced in China. Look exactly like the OEM Ford valves. uses the same plug in the wiring
harness, and use the same factory push on plastic hose.
Don`t remember if I got it off Amazon or E-bay.
