Looking at purchasing an 87 ford bronco that I came across as a possible daily driver. Has under 115K miles, noted a few issues and wanted to see if I could get ya'lls opinion!? Issue of biggest concern is that the owner says transfer case would not engage 4wd the last drive. He says that it shifts fine and through all gears good, as mentioned just wont engage the 4wd now along with an exhaust leak and steering column needing rebuilding which I'm not to worried about.
I'm not really familiar with the broncos and wanted to gather yalls input if possible on how common of an issue the transfer case is on these vs it typically just being an sensor or linkage adjustment issue. Thank you all in advance for the help!
