'49 F1 radiator replacement question

My F1 has a small block 302 V8. The radiator that came with the truck needs to be replaced. My mechanic told me there is a radiator size issue due to the shape and limited space up front. Please let me know where I might find a new unit that will fit and cool the V8.

Thanks for your advice, Jeff

I also have a champion in my 48. It has no issues cooling my 429.

I bought this one for my 427 Windsor crate motor. The center inlet, driver outlet is the correct one for a 302/351 motor.

Ford Truck, 1948-52 V8 302 Inlet Center Aluminum Radiator - 1948 - Truck - Ford - Radiators

The drawn tanks rather than the welded tanks is better for the potential for less cracks in the heat effected zone around the welds. It fits perfectly.
