\\\\\\\\\\Hey Guys,
I have the 1964 F-100 I am working on the past few months and last night I was removing the wiring harness from under the dash. It was bridle and breaking apart , been cut and so many times it look terrible. I am scared to reuse it when I get to that point. So my question's are the i.d. tag said it is C4TB 14A032 F and I cant find anything on that. I cant seem to find that one. What other wiring harnesses can I use? I see that CG Ford parts has one but is a C4TZ-14401-A. Will that work or will a 63 model work? Dennis Carpenter has them in reproduction for 63 models. Mine was a early build but they are a lot of money to for me to guess at. Or does anyone have a C4TZ-14401-J they would sale me?
It will be a lot easier if you just pull the harness out lay it on a bench and sort it out, replace and repair what's bad or wrong. Your back will thank you.

Thanks in advance .
The 14401-A is for a 30 amp generator, the 14401-J is for a 42 or 52 amp alternator. I would try to find a good replacement harness rather than try to piece the old one back together, and if I couldn't find one in good enough condition, re-wire it with an aftermarket kit.
