Painted the wheels on my 2013 when it was new. Going on seven years and they still look just like the day they were painted. Been through salt, snow, gravel roads, desert off-road, etc.
Two coats of graphite and one coat of gloss clear.
I did my sons wheels this last fall. Duplicolor rocks. Three coats of etching primer, five coats of black, three coats of clear. They wear like iron. You just gotta put it on within 10 minutes between coats, or you wait 24 hours and touch sand an start over tomorrow. I’d do it again. I suggest anyone looking to do it themselves, give it a shot! It’s not like the old days.
The last photo was when we were switching our lug nuts, so yes, I know we were missing a few. 😉
I kinda like these Fuel Rampage wheels. Only issue is they're 2-piece and pricey. The truck below isn't mine but is magnetic, which is what I have on order.
Jrwinger Do you happen to have a straight on picture of your truck? I really like that wheel and interested in how much they Stick out of the wheel wells.
Nice looking truck you've got there.
I'll snap a few in the morning. I do not have a good straight on picture.

Here are a couple of pictures to show how far they stick out. the wheels are a +18 offset and the tires are 37x12.5
I have an Oxford white 2022 King Ranch F-450 on order and I'm thinking about having the wheels powder coated to match the stone gray bottom. Be nice to see what it looks like first. Though at this point I'll probably do it regardless and if it looks underwhelming they'll just be the winter wheels.

I got the fuel blitz. They match pretty damn good.
My truck is white with stone gray bottom.
I'm looking for wheels that are black with stone gray center. The bronze wheels are too bright and the silver wheels are too light. Anyone have any ideas?
