even if its not you can unmount your old brackets to fit on those seats. i did it to mine. i have eddie bauer seats i took for a 89 bronco the passenger side fit perfect and i just swapped out the bracket on the driver side which took less then 30 mins to do and install

not to mention as well, they're comfortable as well! Perfect for taking a nap on while parked somewhere (i.e. I like to get to work a little early at my second job (starts at 5 AM) and listen to the radio.) The Eddie Bauer backseat is pretty comfortable as well!
