Van front intake

What if any options are there for improving air flow in the 7.3 for the E series vans. Have an E450 motor home that I would like to get better airflow in other that drop in K&N filters in the factory box. having a hard time finding anything for the vans. Everything is truck body oriented.

I have seen pics of battery relocated and 6637 style filter in that area.
