Brake Adjustments
I ajve found a '75 F100 at my boss's house by his shop........He said i could have the disc brakes off of it.....My question was
" Could the spindles swap out between a '75 and my '69 (F100 Not a RANGER!)?"
He on the other hand could not answer it.......
I was wonderin if anyone had ever done anything like this before...My dad says I'm crazy...."Just change it to power brakes" he says
Its just that drum brakes are so heavy and a pain to do....

The answer is yes. There is a tech article here on this site that tells how. You can make your dad happy too and go all the way to power discs, though lots of us just swap up to manual disks, as that gives you much better brakes.
