Help needed on Brake Installation

Help needed on Brake Installation

How do I get the marked area further out so i can put the spacers and the snap ring back on? I’m spinning it pushing it, twisting it but I can‘t get it further out... the other side was fine and it was in position when i removed everything,

Thanks for your help.

Are you saying the axle shaft isn’t out far enough for you to install the clip? Pull on it or push on the u-joint from the back side.

Yes, I’m trying to push but it’s not coming further out even though i can see on the backside that it should be out about an 1/8 of an inch more.

What was the “everything” you removed? If only the hub/ rotor the. Nothing should be holding the axle from coming further out.

Yes hub and rotor, i know it shouldn’t, but i can’ get it out any further...

What else needs to go on there? It appears to be out far enough to install the “c” clip.
