I couldn’t find much feedback about the BDS 2.5” radius arm kit. Seems like a good kit for the money considering what’s included (springs, radius arms) compared to similar kits at that price range i.e Carli, PMF.
Probably not many of us have this kit and you might add a link/some pictures.
From memory, this is the tube radius arm that isn’t adjustable. I thought about them briefly hoping they might increase tire clearance. Ultimately I decided there wasn’t much point in replacing the radius arms unless they were adjustable.
I can't provide too much feedback as I dont have the full BDS kit, but I do have the radius arms. I have a carli 2.5 with full rear leaves, and BDS Radius arms. For me the arms address caster (counter the lift and I wanted some extra). I've had the arms in place for over 2years. No problems and I like how the truck drives. Arms were well constructed and still look good. It's a f350 CCLB, the BDS arms fit my needs and at a fair price.
I have always installed leveling kits on my past trucks but on choose the BDS 2.5 RA kit with fox shocks this time. I am very happy with it. Rides and drives like stock maybe a little more firm. 35” tires look good on it. If I were to do it again I would go for the 4” kit.
I have the 4in RA lift with 37in tires on my 19 350KR and I think it’s fantastic. Well built, looks great, it gives a noticeable but conservative lift to the truck. Paired with the Fox 2.0 and a single steering stabilizer and track bar, and it’s been a smooth riding, easy handling truck. Drives probably better than stock, little firmer on large bumps but doesn’t float down the highway.
If the kits are similar, I’d imagine price wise they aren’t too far off, I’d look towards the 4 in before I went 2.5. I’ve seen multiple people say they wish they had just done the 4in, barring you don’t have any height requirement issues.

I don’t plan on going any bigger than 35’s so the 2.5 works for me. This is the feedback I’m looking for. Obviously caster is what make or breaks the feel when you are lifting these vehicles. Just looking for other options than caster shims.
Do the arms have any adjustments or is the arm constructed in way where caster is corrected and all it needs is an alignment?

proce isn’t too far off from similar 2.5 leveling kits. The 4in lift is too hi for me and my needs.
Also, I don’t plan on raising the rear so I won’t be using the blocks.
19 SD 6.7 - i was looking at the same left, what did you end up going with? I mainly pull our travel trailer, but down the road will end up with a 5th wheel at some point and would be afraid of it being too tall to put a 5th wheel due to hitch height..
Man! Looks sweet! I've been going back and forth on the 2.5 or 4 inch. This here may have just made my decision. What was total cost out the door (if you dont mind telling)
