Rear Bumper Question

Help, Please. I have a 2012 F250. I'm looking at a rear bumper on Ebay - described as a factory take-off - the seller says will fit F250s and F350s from 2008 to 2015. Of course, Caveat Emptor. I know 2008 to 2010 are considered second generation and 2011 to 2015 are considered third generation. Can someone here confirm the bumpers were the same for all those years, and it will fit without major fiddling and kludging? Thanks.

I bolted a 08+ rear bumper on my 99 Super Duty.

They did have some frame work that changed within the 08-16 model years but still the same appearance.

I used a new take-off from a '14 on my '08. Bolted right on, no issues at all.

+1 on the 08-16 bumpers are interchangeable. And a nice upgrade to the 99-07 trucks. I put one on my old red 2004.
