You may have to take the whole switching assembly out of the door, (or doors), and rinse it down with WD-40. I know with the Ford Expi's, some people hosed out the entire latching assembly on the doors with WD-40. It would clean and lube the entire latch/switching assembly and allow the switch to free up.
