problem spraying washer fluid

i have a 92 ranger, pretty much the base XLTmodel. i try to spray the windshield washer fluid, but it barely has enough pressure to reach the windshield, even when held for an extended period of time. the fluid tank is filled. i was wondering if there was a way to clean out the tips, maybe blast compressed air through or something. any tips are greatly appreciated.

i have a 92 ranger xlt also and love my machine. use a thin sowing needle to loosen the grit out and try again with the windshield fluid and if it dont work take it apart by disconnecting the tube and try to flush out the tube with water or air.

If your tubing is clogged, go to a pet store and buy some of that aquarium tube used for air pumps. It fits, its cheaper than the factory stuff, and its easy to use as a replacement.

Dip an old toothbrush in some vinegar and give it a little scrub.

thanks for the responses...i actually found something else that worked(did this before i read the responses) i waited for it to rain, so i wouldn't wear down my blades, and i held the spray button in for about a minute or so. that was enough to flush the system out. thanks again for the ideas
