I'm not gay and I like the red in my FX4 decal. My truck is black and I think the stock FX4 sticker looks best with that color.
This thread has issues...gay and little pecker syndrome mentioned already...sounds like personal problems to me...and all because of FX4 stickers? I bet the OP loves where this headed.
Not sure about being anatomically correct or whatever your sexual preference may be, I just don’t like stickers. Additionally, after a few years in my area the sun will shrink and crack stickers and they look terrible. I would say just about every truck that I have seen has the FX4 sticker on it but it really doesn’t represent anything special to me when everyone seems to have one.
I’m also not a huge fan of decals either. But for 40 bucks I wanted to make a little change that is almost unnoticeable. If it deteriorates over the years it will be replaced just as easy.
Just a little heat to get it started and then she peeled right off.
IMO, do not use heat. I left each side sit in the afternoon sun and easily peeled the 4x4 sticker off the side. In fact I removed most of 1 side while fueling up on my way back from WI.
just can't do stickers .. Back in the day, (ok I'm old) a Special Model would have an Emblem .. Like, Camper Special or Contractor Special. If there was a sticker, or decal, they were Stripes. Even then, they weren't accepted well .. Sometime in the late 70's Ford introduced the Freedom Editions and Stickers became the norm .. so, now we get FX4/Off Road plastered on the side of our trucks to tell the world we have Skid Plates .. So lame .. like little pecker syndrome
Likewise and peeled that sucker off clean.. I like clean look much better
