5.4 4v rebuild
Grade 1 bore is 90.200 - 90.210mm
Grade 2 bore is 90.210 - 90.220mm
Grade 3 bore is 90.220 - 90.230mm
Stock piston is 90.180mm
As the bores tend to wear very little I’m only guessing that you may have a grade 3 block.
(Not sure what happened to your #2 hole.)
The smallest oversized pistons I have seen for the 32-valve Lincoln is +0.50mm, that would put new pistons at 90.680mm.
Piston to bore clearance spec is in the 0.005 to 0.025mm range, so #2 should come out fine.

Any input on how to fix or upgrade this car will be very much appreciated.
I have installed TransGo shift kit. Going to rebuild rest of the gearbox.
Engine block goes to the boring.
Heads are fixed. Valve guides still in good condition, intake valves are good too. Exhaust valves and valve stem seals are new.
And many many other things are done.
