the stock 4.9 throttle body is 43-44mm, the stock 5.0/5.8 throttle body is 50-51mm, would have to make brackets and other pieces to get it to work, that is a big jump in size, you might get it to idle right, and a BBK 56/61mm would give you major headaches trying to get it to ever idle, you could try porting your intake, before going to bigger throttle body
