Dented quarter panel

A few weeks ago a person hit my '96 F20 and damaged the rear quarter-panel. I tried using a plunger to pull it out but it didn't work. Has anyone used the [neumatin slide hammer or the one that uses hot glue. If so, did they work very well?

I have photos but I have trouble posting them. This was a hit and run. Right now I am thinking about buying a bed that came from Texas.
