I took a look at your gallery and it seems that the center picture has "2" trucks sitting level with a tilted house.
How on earth do you keep the plates on the table? OR, have I been in the flatlands tooooooo loooong?
Just thought it was an interesting photo.

The land is sloping away from the house, the trucks and the camera were on the slope. so no the house is not tilted, fortunately.
