Hey guys im going to replace most of my old dried out vacuum hoses and im wondering if any of you guys know what sizes of vacuum hose I will need. I'm wanting to order from Amazon but I'm not around my truck right now to measure. My truck is a 1992 f250 with the 460. Thank you guys.
When I replaced the vac hoses on my 1991 5.8 I was able to do all of them with 20 feet of 5/32” from the local O’Reilly and an assortment kit of connectors off the shelf.
Just a word of advice - if you feel compelled to remove or relocate junctions, just do it as long as they maintain their functions. My truck had a rubber 6 or 7 way “plug” at the back by the firewall that joined the vac lines from each side of the engine together. I left it there and used connectors on each side of it, only to realize later it was just something the factory did to make production easier - I could’ve eliminated it without any problems at all.

Thank you I am using new rubber hose, don’t eliminate anything because I’m too scared and just replace one line at a time. For now I’m looking for a rubber vacuum line port that has three lines running into it with no luck so far! Time to head to a junk yard I think. Appreciate your time!
