Got a quick question...
Hello out there...I honestly think this is my first attempt at posting anything on this forum. I'm Mark, I drive a 03 Excursion, 2wd, with a 7.3L diesel. My question is regarding the master cylinder. This truck has 4 wheel ABS, and I have to replace the master. Is it possible to bleed the new master on the vehicle? I don't have the correct tools to bench bleed the unit. The thing that has me spooked is the 4 wheel ABS...

You can, but it will take a while. Much better to bench bleed. If nothing else, tape off the lines immediately as you disconnect them from the old MC, install the new one, then "bench bleed" it on the truck before you reconnect the lines. The folks that normally answer this kind of question don't often frequent the "New Member Introductions" forum.
