inhaling diesel exhaust is a dodge/cummings thing.

 

It's the guardian, as left wing as it gets, so any information will have the appropriate spin on it. It does indicate the caliber of European politicians though- first they support diesel, now they want to hammer those who bought the vehicles in good faith. It's basically taxing the poor again, just like Macron tried with raising fuel prices recently.
