Hi Everyone
Our F350 is primarily a tow vehicle and the blind spot directly behind the rig a problem. the 5th wheel is 28 ft long which makes good WiFi reception an issue and the placement of the 7 inch halo-view screen a problem when you have an RV GPS which also has a 7 inch screen. Our so our solution was to mount the cab screen in the center mirror mount using 2 inch Velcro and web belt material(for its stiffness. the mirror I won't say how long this took, its embarrassing, but safe to say it was a long time figuring out.
The sensor was also an issue. Hopefully there was only the left one and no more.
Exact details upon request. Here is a photo of the install.
The screen is mounted on the rear view mirror which is not giving up much. Its It's pretty much extremely limited when towing. And the screen is easily removable when not towing.
Thas too busy for me.. Why not mount the screen on lower left part of the dash?
That location is taken up by our Transfer Flow Fuel Gauge. Also the screen is about 8 inches wide and another 5 high. I didn't consider that location even close to feasible to fit it even it the gauge hadn't been there.

I did the mirror thing for a while until I put a BuiltRight mount in the useless dash tray, and added 3 ram ***** on top of it. Now when in tow, the 5er's rear monitor, the Garmin RV770 & my TST TPMS all mounted to that. The rear monitor & Garmin ram arms sit flat on the dash which keeps them low and doesn't block visibility. The TST stays hooked up full-time. One of the next projects will be to add power ports to the tray to keep the wires contained.

I am having trouble picturing what your describing. Do you have a photo?
Thanks
