I agree with pbsdaddy: yes and no and post in "1973 - 1979 F-100 & Larger F-Series Trucks" for more detail.
Will it bolt up to the transmission and motor mounts? Maybe.
What about the computer and the new routing for various other things?
Air intake?
Power steering?
Air conditioning?
Radiator hoses?
Etc.
