I was wondering the same thing about the balance. That's a lot of work there, 15 identical pieces of rebar bent the same way, they'd have to be exactly the same length with the exact same amount of weld or they'll be out of balance. Not sure how strong that steel is, if I'm not mistaken rebar isn't hardened steel. I give it a ten for creativity and effort, they'd look right on something, though I can't quite picture what. Sometimes folks do something just to do it, I appreciate the effort.
Hmmmm........ some newer technologies I just don't trust.....such as on and off engine operation at red lights....10 speed automatic transmissions......electric this and that....... but I do trust wheel manufacturers!........ the photo of that wheel?........ not so much!....... I would hate to have those photos surface at a accident lawsuit.....
Looks like an accident waiting to happen. All rebar is not created equal. It can be mild steel and very soft, but some is an alloy and heat treated, very hard on bolt cutters. It is marked in rolling when the ribs are formed as to the alloy.
