Info only: Front leaf spring bushing sizes
I recently have replaced the front leaf spring bushes, and ordered the kit 42148G from Energy Suspension.
This is the correct kit if you have stock springs. It does not fit the aftermarket springs that I have (Rough Country 6” lift), it takes smaller bushes than the stock ones.
The diameter of the bushings you need for the front leaf springs from RoughCountry are:
Forward: 37.10mm
Rearward: 35.15mm
Sleeve length: 89.5mm
I haven’t checked if EnergySuspension sells bushes on these sizes. I took the ones I bought to a machine shop to turn them down to the size I needed. Hope it helps.
