Wiring Diagrams
I have a 2004 F250 6.0L XLT Extended Cab. I removed the after-market alarm and repaired the only wire (lt Grn), that had been cut to make the previous alarm work. Now my door code does not work BUT my remote key fob and interior door lock switches work perfectly. I have also noticed the Park assist no longer works. But the truly odd thing is the Radio. It stays on after KOEO cycle. If I turn the radio off with the button then it goes off. But if I try to turn it back on within 10 mins after the ignition switch is turned to off and I lock the truck, I can still turn the radio back on. If I leave it alone after 10 mins I cannot turn it back on. Anybody got some input here Please?

The accessory delay relay keeps the radio and power windows powered for 10-minutes after the key is turned off, or until a door is opened. As to the other electrical issues, perhaps the alarm internally connected one or more wires together of the troublesome circuits. By unplugging the connector from the alarm the circuits essentially have a break in them. That part is hard for me to determine without knowing the alarm wiring diagram.
