Back again

I've been a member since 2011, probably researched much more before coming a member lol, when I had a 2002 f350 7.3 well she has been gone for a good amount of time now but I got a great 12yrs out of it.

Anyways I'm back now with a fairly new 2018 f250 6.7 I purchased earlier this year off the show room floor. Yes I had to throw that out there. I have bought many a new vehicle but never one off the floor.
Been being patient with mods to it yet but I'm biting at the bit to do some. Last one had 6" lift and 35" tires with Bully dog triple dog tuner. This one I'm trying to do the same but 37" tires, ready lift 6.5" and Bully dog new pro gtx tuner. The patience is wearing thin.
Anyone know of a shop to install the lift? I did the last one and yep not doing that again. Rather pay then deal with all that AGIAN.
Live on the MO County and pg County line.
Also, if anyone has suggestions on better tuner, parts, lift or whatever I'm open to ideas. As well as constructive criticism, bashing, or whatever. Have big shoulders and can take it. Hope everyone is enjoying this oh so nice freezing rainy day..
