Oil pressure sender problem

The engine is a 351M and I'm just about finished rebuilding the thing and now I have yet another problem. It's completely seized into the block. I've scraped around the edge with a screwdriver and can't even see how it was put in. I've hit it with heat, pb blaster and everything else. Anyone ever heard of this before?
I kinda went a little overboard with the vice grips and chewed the thing up. Hopefully I didn't screw myself. but I just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem
I
seen posts on this forum about relocating it next to the fuel pump so I'm thinking that's what I have to do.

Cut the thing off flush with a cut off wheel, and then use an easy out. Careful not get any debris in the oil gallery.

how much heat did you apply? I would get it glowing red. a regular pipe wrench might get you a better grip than vice grips...if the pipe is tall enough. You can try in internal pipe wrench (I think they make them small enough). If not, I would try a stud extractor before I cut anything...last resort would be to cut, heat up the remnants until glowing, then try the easy-out.

I only warmed it up with a little propane torch so I didn't put a whole lot into it. Thanks for the recommendations man I'm definitely gonna try those
