Ford Owner Website Wonky

Is anybody else having trouble using the owner.ford.com website? I was trying to get to the Sync updates page and I just get no response. The various buttons on the page do not seem to respond.

The Ford owner site sucks. Just like parts.ford.com. Horrible interface design and runs like ****.

Yep, same here. I went to download sync update & it prompted me to log in about 6 times. Then trying to download, it just showed the little spinning circle thing for about 12 hours!! Still nothing. Its horrible!!
how can you build trucks and cars with all the latest technology but cant even run a website? Wtf
