I live @ Canyon Lake, but go through Junction every time I head for Oregon to visit my daughter. There is a real good "Steak House" just off I-10 @ Junction, isn't there?
I don't know about steak, but if you head in a ways there is a BarBQue place...I think its called Colt's??? talk about some good eating....we always have to get some of their chopped BBQ and their turkey....ahhh....(mouth watering) I'm hungry now!
I was born and raised in Junction. Junction High class of 1990. I live near Temple now. My folks just moved from there last summer. I have lots of relatives there. Many of them are still above ground.
I own some property just West of Harper, but I dont live there. I wanted to build a house on it along with a nice shop to work on stuff, but I think I'm going to have to sell it instead Anyways, when ever I'm up there I usualy drive to Junction and go to the river.
