New to the Forum and in need of some help
Hello everyone, my name is Wayne Hinds and I am a 47 year old who like long walks on the beach in a moon lit summer night. Just kidding. I have a 2015 f350 platinum 4x4 with 126,000 miles. The only problem I've had (until now) was an issue with the particulate filter. The dealer found no issues with it even though there was. It's been removed so it's a non-issue. On that note, it's been deleted, aftermarket air intake, cold and hot intake, auto agent tuner, duel oil bypass, coolant filter system, airdog ll.
Here is the issue, I am losing coolant from the secondary bottle, not the main bottle. The coolant is being burned because there is no puddleing. There is visible coolant on the bottom hoses but I can't see where it's coming from. On a cold start the truck will blow white smoke out the exhaust, I can smell coolant periodically, no warning messages, it's not overheating. When it warms up it runs fine (the 3 times I went out). When I'm moving and it blows smoke, there is a loss of power, some knocking for a few seconds.
I'm at a loss, water pump? It's not overheating. Bad injector? Just wondering if anyone else had these symptoms? Appreciate any help. Thank you.
