1990 4.9 issues
I have reading these forums for a few weeks. I picked up a 2wd f150 and it ran like a paint shaker but it ran so i bought it. Well i got it home and began to work on it, the previous owner replaced fuel injectors, plugs wires cap and rotor. So i thought the coil was bad and replaced it ensured wires were on the cap correctly they wernt when i first got it and that smoothed the idle some. Next i checked the egr with a vacuum pump and it was stuck so i replaced that with the egr solenoid. Next i replaced the upper intake manifold gasket and throttle body gasket.that didnt make it better then i tested the MAP and was getting 165.4 hz with or with out vacuum. I also pulled the ecm and found all resistors to be in place with no corrosion or anything. So now im beating my head against a wall. But when driving the truck when it shifts to 3 or overdrive it just shakes to high heaven. Any advice is appreciated.

Ok so now after replacing the map and re adjusting the timing to 10 btdc and checking fuel pressure, which at idle was 45 and driving it was at 60. I ran the codes and got a KOEO 11 BUT KOER i kept getting an 18. So now i have a new complete dist. Ready to go in. I also did an compression check and have 150 on all cylinders. Im now lost a bit.
