Replacement Bed Bolts
I just replaced the bed on my 1982 F250 4x4 and had to grind the heads off the bed bolts. When I went to ford, they said; " the bolts are not available! I found out that 1999 bolts are the same. But I looked at a friends F250 King rancher and the bolts are torx heads. Well on investigation I found the the length of the bolts are the same as the 82 bolts, but are completely round! No square holes to round out!

Any time I've ever seen one they seem to be pretty much decked out with options and thats about it.

For a few years Ford sold F-250 and F-350 models tricked out with a lot of special accessories as a King Ranch model. Sort of like an Eddie Bauer model on steroids. If my memory is correct, the mechanicals were pretty much standard high end options.
