Good Sunday evening Ford Truck enthusiasts, Sean, Rod, John, Tim, and Clint! 
Was a cold damp Sunday here in the River City. Its white crapping now, we're suppose to get 3-5" by morning.
I can't believe Clint dropped in. Where have you been hiding bud?
Heard from our neighbor of 20 years that him and his wife are moving to Arizona in February. They're having a house built.
They're house will be the fourth on that block to change owners.

Arizona sounds nice, but boy those are some warm (and dry) summers from May to October.

They have already sold their house here to someone that his wife works with at the horsepistol, he said they are nice, young, with two kids.
The guy that is moving to Arizona is from there so I imagine he knows what he's in for. LOL
