Anybody know the solution to the death wobble in a 2018 F250 Super Duty? Brought the truck to the dealer and they replaced the steering stabilizer and the problem still exists, it did nothing.
Most likely problem is the track bar. Should prolly replace with a stout aftermarket unit. Could also be any worn parts in the entire front end. Could also be the tires. And definitely have the caster set close to 5* ; problem is DW will be a result of a combination of things. But it is fixable.
Inexcusable that brand new trucks are seeing DW. These damned trucks are too expensive to be experiencing DW even new.
Did the dealer apply the TSB and replace the camber (caster?) adjusters and do an alignment? What condition are your tires? I went thru the death wobble a year ago. Dealer replaced all the parts in the TSB (does not include a track bar) and I replaced the worn Continental tires within a month and I have not had the wobble again.

First, you need to provide more information about your truck. Is it a 6.7 diesel? Is it a 4x4? How many miles were on the truck when it experienced DW? What part of the country are you in? This last one may not seem important; however, there seems to be particular areas where dealerships are reluctant to address the problem with a respectful degree of interest.
Second, you need to search this Forum many many many pages deep, going back over a year. There are some good threads with pertinent and valuable information. But for some reason(s) that I cannot fathom, they tend to get quickly buried deep in the hierarchy of threads, and it takes a significant degree of effort to uncover them. Doing a search for Death Wobble does not seem to be completely effective. This is coming from someone who has written several of those posts and tried using the search tool to find them. I also recently experienced DW in my 2019 F-350 and created a detailed thread describing my conditions, my personal experience and the service that so far has kept the beast at bay.
With all due respect, my opinion is that your best weapon when dealing with service to correct this problem, be it by a Ford dealership or a private shop, is EDUCATION and the resulting knowledge base. This is a serious problem wherein if you take an uninterested and uneducated approach, that is the probable level of service that you can expect to get in return. To coin an iconic phrase, “Bring a GUN to this knife fight!”
