PCM missing?

PCM missing?
Hey guys, first time poster.
So, I’m buying an 04 F350 dually, 6.0 with an auto trans. Only problem is, it’s missing the PCM. Full backstory is it’s coming from a junkyard and I’m getting it for a song.
So, here’s the weird part. There are only two PCM plugs. I know the auto trans models are supposed to have three. I have been all over this engine compartment, up down and underneath, and I cannot find the third plug anywhere. I also don’t see any cut wire bundles though. I’m pretty sure it’s the middle plug, monitoring the trans.
Anybody have any words of advice? Helpful hints? Wisdom that certain models only have 2 plugs?
