First, hello Bronco fans! I am a long-time Ford truck owner, and I've been active at times in other forums on here - the bumpside and the 2009-2014 forums.
I just bought my first-ever Bronco, a 1995 Eddie Bauer, 5.0L. High-back bucket seats.
The driver's seat is in pretty bad shape. The leather on the seat bottom is almost totally gone, though the foam is mostly intact - PO had a slip cover over it.
The recline-release mechanism is broken, but the seat frame itself also appears to be broken - held together with some light steel strapping and bolts.
The forward-rear adjustment works just fine. It's manual, not electric.
Are there any more modern Ford truck truck seats that are known to fit the last-gen Bronco? I'm thinking of keeping the lower frame and rails and just swapping out the seat itself.
youve got a couple options depending on your ability with a welder and if you want to drill and plug holes. I’ve seen a few with expedition seats, but if you get the electrical adjustable you’ll need some wiring skill, there have been one or two out there with 2005+ f-150 bench seats that I’ve seen as well.
personally I have the same issue, but I like the seats that came with it so I rock duct tape and a Cabela’s seat cover. No issues. If you want to keep your stock seats just hit up local reupholster shops, when I did my last pair I think I paid $100 a seat and they came out feeling and looking brand new, without having to spend hours aligning the rails and wiring.
fodder2, glad to hear that. I thought they looked the same. That is good news as I just bought a decent set for my Bronco. You hear that quinlect ? There is a place that sells replacement covers for the original seats which would put you back to original unless you just want modern seats. The name of the place is Remington, they are in Texas. I haven't used them but plan to for my seats.
I picked up a bottom cover and a set of armrest cover from Richmond. https://leather-auto-seats.com/produ...y/ford/bronco/
I've rebuilt a couple of seats and armrests using parts from other seats that I've picked up here and there. I desperately need new foam for my driver's seat bottom.
If you source sets from a truck, I believe the seat pan is the same in the extended cab only, for the bronco. The regular and crew cabs are interchangeable with each other, but not the bronco as-is.

The bolt patterns are actually different? I thought it was just that the non-extended cab seats don't have the extra slider extension for easy rear access, but maybe I misunderstood.
