Quick question does a 2012 rear bumper fit direct fit on my 2003 f350 anybody know?

Can't tell you that.....The bumper on my 2015 is a lot different than the bumper on my 2001. I don't have the 2001 at home to measure.

I have seen it as a mod. I think the issue is the hole for the spare tire release is on the wrong side for 2008 and up.
