5.8l efi swap

I did this swap last year. You’ll need the v8 engine perches, the radiator and shroud, Y pipe, ECM, 351 flywheel, high pressure power steering hose(the one for the six is too long), a/c high pressure hose from compressor(the one for the six is too short), and air box air tubes. I have over 20k miles since the swap and I love the difference in power.

No worries! I’m not sure if there is a difference, but since you are using the 351 from a van, the engine bay harness might be different. When I did my swap, the engine bay harness that came with the 351 was for an F250 and there were differences in the plugs for the wiper motor and no plugs for the two airbag sensors on the rad support. Btw, my stereo didn’t work either so I ended up having to get a ‘95 F150 harness for my engine to make it work...
Another thing I forgot to mention, before swapping in the 351, I changed the front crank seal (which was okay), the rear main seal(which looked like it had some seepage) and the oil pan gasket just because it’s easier to do so with the engine out. I also changed out the water pump, again because it was easier with the engine out.
