FYI. I keep getting contacted from a want to buy listing where I was looking for a chrome grill for my sons truck. They are trying to get me to send money to a paypal account. they have pictures of a proper grill brand new in the box. beware...… not that anyone ever responds to people on these forums anyway. this site kind of sucks actually.

Now, as to the issue you reported about being contacted, it isn't clear how you have been contacted (private message, email, phone, post?), nor is it clear where you posted your want to buy listing (on an FTE Forum, on the FTE Marketplace, on the old FTE Classified, or the F150 forum?). If you would like to provide more details, I would like to invite you to send a private message to any forum moderator, so the specifics can be reviewed by the moderator team.

In the meantime, if you are ever concerned about or bothered by a post, visitor message, or private message that you have received, you can easily report it to the moderator team with just one click... on the red and white triangle icon with the exclamation mark in the upper right hand corner of any post or message you have a concern about.
