Hey Jake832, that's a damn fine looking truck!!!!! If you have any questions about it, just send me a PM on here..............that was my son's first truck!!!! I bought it from a guy down in West Columbia Texas back in 2013. He was the second owner, I was the third. It was bought for my son as his first vehicle. I sold it to a gentleman in Pasadena back in late February or early March of this year.
It has a rebuilt E4OD by Wright Transmissions in League City, a NEW rear window aluminum frame and glass, and many new vacuum lines, especially the ones prone to leak (large line at the back of the manifold). Does it still have the *** kicking stereo in it? The amp my son had in it was some high dollar competition amp he bought from Sounds and Signals in League City. They were at the corner of Hwy 3 and Nasa Rd.1 for years. Also has all new plastic clips in the crew cab door, that typically break down and leave it inoperable.
Treat it right and it should treat you right. He drove that truck through out High School, and a year of College. Let me know if you have any questions!!!
F150 dad, I'm the guy in Pasadena. Still have it. Still a beast. Knocking a little, but ford said to drive it till it dies, then a replacement is going in. Something with 50,000 miles or so.
That's awesome Jake832!!! Glad it's serving you well!!! Looks good pulling that beautiful boat. I always used nothing but Motocraft oil filters (get them at Walmart for under $5) and Motocraft 5w30 oil (also at Walmart). Happy this truck is working out for you.
