Good morning everyone.
Thank you for starting the new monthly thread Jim.
Kaedon is home from her Army N.G. Bootcamp on a fruadulant medical discharge. I guess they felt that she was to badly depressed to handle basic training/AIT (although it's never been diagnosed/confirmed from an event that happened in her life).
Atleast she tried! I'm proud of her either way. If she gets treatment & has her recruiter sign a waiver she can go back in, in 6 months but now that'll be hard to do since her recruiter committed suicide the day she left for bootcamp Sept. 9th. We just found out 2 days ago! Kaedon's taking it pretty hard.

Trunk n Treat
How was everyone's Halloween? Kaedon & I spent the entire day doing "Trunk n Treat" at my work. We froze our butts off, but it was fun.
Hope November is a great month for everyone.
Happy Sunday all. Hope everyone has a blessed day.
Didn't do Halloween this year. Usually don't. But it is even harder when CPS still has my grand kids.
Daughter has a month to get all her stuff out of my apartment before my annual section 8 inspection next month. Going to be hard since she has no money to rent a truck, or even continue paying on the small storage unit she has now. So that is what I will be stressing over this month.
Lots of sentimental value and shared memories with my 2 pride & joys... my son & my old 1967 Ford F-100. ** "Olfthfl's" New Owner ** Happy early 21st Birthday to my son, Karl Bennert! Love & care for her as much as I did & she'll faithfully take care of you & never let you down. I am so proud of you. I love you!♡ All my love, Mom
Thanks Tim. "67Olfthfl" was my Under Construction Show Truck but after 2 yrs in a row of 1st place wins, my son jammed the B&M Slap Stick Shifter in 1st gear pulling away from the gas pumps after filling the tank the day before our 3rd yr car show. She'd been parked collecting dust w/ the transmission hanging out for the last 5 yrs in the garage. I gave up on ever getting the money to get the tranny fixed, so knowing how much my truck means to my son... I gave it to him for his early 21st birthday present. My son plans on getting her up & running again & then restoring her(hopefully) to showroom condition. I can't wait to see the finished product when he's done. At the rate he's going, it'll probably take no more than one year maybe two before it's completed.
