07 f150 auto climate control issue

Hello everyone I’m new to this forum as of a few minutes ago, So if this has been posted before please excuse me. Here’s the issue, my 07 f150 lariat has a blower motor issue. A while back when I turned the system on the blower went straight to high speed. No problem, I replaced the resistor/ temp control module and it fixed the problem. It works great for a few weeks and then when I turn the system on, nothing happens with the blower. After a minute or two it finally starts blowing about mid range speed, voltage reading at connection is checked with meter and it reads 7 volts. I checked it while unplugged and it shows 12.2 but won’t operate. Now bear in mind I have the negative terminal on a chassis ground while checking. Pulled blower out and tested it, works great, run extra ground while the 7 volts are present and it speeds up to full speed. All relays and fuses seem fine (unless I missed one). Could this problem be caused by the control module or the resistor? I’ve never seen the resistor act in this manner, but I’m stumped. While the blower was running at 7 volts I did unplug the resistor just to see what would happen and of course it stopped blowing. I did continuity test on wiring and it’s all good, any ideas? Thanks guys!
