Well I have a 2017 350 with 66k miles now, for the last few months I only drive it weekends and stay parked on week days.
On Friday night I remote started and when I jumped on the truck had the CEL light and reduce engine power message on screen
I have Banks Derringer installed so I check the codes, I have P0191 ''Fuel rail pressure sensor a circuit/rande performance''
I drove it and didn't notice any power reduced, so I cleared the code, drove yesterday no issues but at night got the code again, cleared and this morning again.
I Google it but not too much info on 6.7s . Dealer it's close and I have to make a 400miles trip today pulling q horse trailer and little uphill (grape vine CA). Anything that I be concerned? Should I wait till dealer check it?
TIA
Have you tried running it without the Banks Derringer installed? I know the Derringer is supposed to have a failsafe feature, but verifying that the add-on isn't causing the problem is something I would do first.

I was thinking on trying that when I get to home.
I was at gas station when I wrote this thread, got home, turned truck off and had to run to store before disconnecting the banks and the CEL was gone, no codes, I'm in my 400 miles trip right now and hasn't come back again.
I don't know what's the deal, like I said, never noticed any engine power reduced
Sounds like you found your problem but just a heads up on codes. I was getting an intermittent p203c code then it got worse. I noticed the starter not turning over as quick as it should so I replaced both batteries. No more code. Some systems are very voltage sensitive. Apparently some checks are made during startup.
there have been cases where add on devices cuase false fuel rail pressure and when the suppliers of the add on devices are confronted...they admit it was a reported problem....but have no fix.
I just had the same issue happen to me and I have a derringer w/ pedal monster installed. @Robeleo - What did the dealer do and/or what was the diagnosis?
@1olddogtwo - Thanks for the reply. I am not jumping on the tuner as I have been very happy with it and trust Banks as a vendor. I am just trying to figure out my next course of action without throwing parts at it. I was going to start with the fuel pressure sensor and the fuel filters but wanted more info from Robeleo since he seems to have been in the same situation as I am currently in.

Sorry for the delay in answer.
Last time I had the code I cleared and never hayan issues. The time the CEL was on and took it to the dealership I park, went inside, talked to the tech, go outside and light was off and never come back until last week.
Again after remote start, when inside and CEL on and same message "engine power reduced" cleared the code and hasn't come back yet.
Fuel filter were changed three weeks ago same with the full 100k miles service

I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if your P0191 code ever came back? Also, did you ever remove your Derringer to confirm that was the issue? I ask cuz I have the code and use a Derringer. 2018 450 just hit 50k
For those that research this code; I had cleared the code before posting, twice, but it still came back. 4 days ago, I removed the Derringer connections before going the pressure switch route. I ran the truck hard from stops, moving, started restarted, everything I could do to make the check engine light come back on. It hasn’t. So either the Derringer connections were bad or the Derringer itself developed an issue after about 3 years of use. Using the iDash, before I removed the Derringer, the FRPs were jumpy and below what was commanded. (Checking numbers solely with iDash). After Derringer removal, FRPs were all steady and inline with what was being commanded.
Called Banks, explained the issue, they sending another Derringer. The rep was typing the whole time while we talked and never balked at what I was saying. Just got quiet for a few seconds while he read and said they will replace it. Wonder if they already knew. I will reinstall the Derringer as I like the performance improvements.
Update; I have driven on a trip for over 1000 miles and no issues. Towed 5k bumper pull TT through the hill country for about 100 miles and no issues with new Derringer.
