Reason: adding information
For genny Ford? Because the “west coast” mirrors is a style, and was made by a few different manufacturers, I believe, Yankee brand being one of them. The mounting arms and ways of attaching to the truck vary, from manufacturers photos I’ve seen.
That appears to be some of the hardware for the western or western jr factory mirrors but not a complete set for either one. I don't think the t-bolts are available anywhere so they are a good find for someone that needs them. For my stainless western jr mirrors I bought all new stainless hardware (except for the t-bolts) to replace the original rusted hardware. Not quite sure why Ford did not use stainless hardware to bolt together and mount stainless mirrors.

Ford = Western Junior // West Coast is an aftermarket term used by auto parts stores.

I have a set of - something - on my truck, I know they aren’t Ford. Only 5” X 10” (Jr.?), perfect for me, they use the through tube type mount style, which I believe to be better than the type that just pivot at the mirror frame. There are usually a couple NOS Yankee kits at any given time on eBay. And I have noticed that these are creeping up in price as the years go buy, and demand increases.

This isn't a great pic of just mirrors, but are you talking about this style?

Well, sort of. Those mirrors seem even smaller than my 5” x10” ones, but that is a similar tube-through-mirror-head style I was referring to. The mounting ams are somehat different, though. I can take photos tomorrow. If you look at the exploded diagrams ND posted, you can see one (Genuine Ford) style pivots at the top and bottom center points, while the other type only pivots dead center of the mirror head in the back. Aftermarket or not, I like the through-tube style better,I think it is stronger and less prone to vibrating. Mine is similar to Yankees version, which I think is about as good as you can get. As they are going ever higher in price on eBay, I am thinking of snagging an NOS pair as spares before they are scarce.
Note: I just noticed that Bill posted four different mirrors/ mounting-styles. There is a Genuine Ford, used set-up on eBay now, albeit for the next generation of trucks.
There were a multitude of them, though. Napa, Sears, seems everyone sold a variant. A few had like five or six mounting support arms that looked like some kind of robotic contraption, and didn’t really make any difference in how well you could see what’s behind you. They were fugly. Some look like works of art, some are plain utilitarian, some look like feces, can I say that? I am gonna go for a replacement set, though. Fifteen years ago, you could buy a set on the Bay for 40-60 dollars, now perhaps 125-200 dollars .
Don, there’s a NAPA set on eBay that closely resembles the ones in your photo.
Hoping you have the description list that goes with the diagram? i have a pair of west coast jr's for my Econoline and I am not sure what type of washers need to go in the swing away portion. Thank you

I am on eBay all the time. For awhile, someone was selling a similar “kit”, likely the OP, but I no longer see them for sale there. You might check in there periodically.
I think Steve is referring to the stainless bolt kits - they are actually put together for the 1967-1972 mirrors, but almost everything is useable for the older swing-lok mirrors.
I have a new set of the Econoline mirrors. Same as the stainless ones for our era of trucks. The swing-lok style from Ford uses one large spring washer that allows the pivot and then lock into place at the two positions, folded in and extended out. They call it the "Spring Pivot". There was a guy also making replacements for those pivots out of stainless steel that I bought some from.
