Transmission fluid
I have to replace a leaking transmisson line Its a 2001 250. With the 4r100 last time the shop put full synthetic in it according to there bill. Does it make any difference what kind I get the guy retired so I can’t get hold of him

It's still listed on Ford's Motorcraft site which is linked above. It looks like Mercon V for your truck.
