alt relocation help please
Dont know if I should post in I-6 or here, I choose here because it is partly a deep water issue.
My 83 doesn't need e-tests anymore and I was wondering how to go about removing the smog pump and moving my altenator up to the smog bracket. this would put it a foot higher.
my questions are
-will removing the pump mean many more alterations or can I just take it out
-also do I plug the hoses or do they need to vent
-how will this effect the performance of the engine
any help would be appreciated,
