color code question

Since iI have my steering column apart, decided I might paint flange and collar same as interior. Color code in the door is S. Everything I have found with the name midnight blue metallic comes up as color code 3g. Is this the same color? Can"t find an interior color code so I assume interior and exterior are the same.

1973/79 Ford 100/500 Series Truck Parts Catalog: S = 1973/79 Bright Dark Blue Metallic - TUP (Touch Up Paint): AE60-5094-B 3 ounce tube w/brush / AE60-5094-C one quart / AE60-5094-H 5 ounce spray bomb.

1973/79 Ford Passenger Car Parts Catalog: 3G = 1973/78 see above as it's the same color, same TUP part numbers.
