Would you know the best place to find these window parts? Thanks C1UB-8921452-A
1961/67 Econoline:
2) C1UB-8921452-A Right Inside & Left Outside // 2) C1UB-8921453-A Right Outside & Left Inside .. Belt Weatherstrips aka anti-rattlers aka cat whiskers / Obsolete
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, none on ebay.
Carpenter reproduces some 1961/67 Econoline weatherstrips, but I couldn't find these listed. Maybe someone else does.
I just did the window channel rubber along with replacing the window regulators on my 70' F-100. Now, I know I'm going to get some serious hate on the forum for this, but I bought a kit from LMC (about 100.00). It contains the two door glass rubber runs ( 1 short, 1 long) for each door plus the 4 felt strips (inside/outside) for each door. The parts all went in just fine. It actually took more time to get the old original dried up stuff out of the channels than it did to put the new stuff in. That said, this kit is made in either Mexico or Asia (according to the bags) and you shouldn't expect OEM level of quality. Although I couldn't find anything wrong with what I received, how long it will last is anyone's guess. There is more than one person on this forum that won't buy any steel or rubber parts from LMC or NPD due to quality issues they've had in the past and they are far more experienced than I am. My decision was based on price and convenience since they have it as a complete kit for a single price and I needed new window regulators anyway. I just bought the entire package from one place. Let the hate begin
